Application Process - Lithuania
1. Application Form and Documents
Fill in the online application form OR send us the following documents:
● Secondary Education Certificate (10th and 12th grade / Ordinary and Advanced levels)
● Last Graduation Certificate
● IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge English language certificate, or B2 level proof (Not mandatory and MOI can be provided)
● CV
● Passport copy (front and back if there is data on the back page)
● Motivational Letter
2. Registration Fee
After the initial assessment of the documents, we will issue a non-refundable registration fee of 150 EUR that will be paid along with the registration fee as per the university chosen.
You will receive the Conditional offer letter in this stage.
3. Mock interview and University Interview
After successfully paying the registration fee, the student will have a mock session with the Rising Ahead team and then the actual interview with the University.
4. SKVC Verification
Once the interview is passed, there will be an SKVC verification process.
PLEASE SUBMIT ONLY SCANNED COPIES (pdf format) from an actual scanner because Phone scanner copies are rejected by SKVC verification.
SKVC verification result comes out in 40-60 days. SKVC process is a background process and its letter is not needed for Visa or TRP submission. The applicant is provided with the Acceptance letter and tuition fee invoice.
5. Preparation of Visa submission package
Once the Interview is passed, within 2 weeks, you will be asked to pay the tuition fee. Document apostille and all supporting docs are prepared in this stage.
Any additional processing fee to be paid to Rising Ahead team must be paid in this stage.

6. Mediation Letter and Migration Submission
Most universities do not give study contracts before the student arrives in Lithuania. they give a final confirmation document called Mediation Letter which is mandatory for submission.
Once all the docs are checked by us, we will then submit all the documents electronically to MIGRATION SYSTEM. It takes 2-4 weeks for the result to come out. When the decision is positive, within 2 more weeks, you will be able to collect the TRP card directly from the Delhi VFS office.
The card is given for TWO YEARS.
7. Welcome to Lithuania
Once the TRP (temporary residence permit) card arrives, you will travel to Lithuania, enroll at the university in person, and then register your declared place of residence at the immigration office within 30 days.
